draft wrapped up

as the 2012 NFL Draft wrapped up today...i focused in on who else did the Philadelphia Eagles drafted. i fell asleep 3 spots before they finish up round 3 but i'll recap the rest of the drafts

a costly win

is exactly what it was when the Chicago Bulls kicked off the 2012 NBA Playoffs by defeatin the 8th seed Philadelphia 76ers 103-91. the Bulls led by as much as 20pts before Philly cut it down to 4...but the Bulls kept chargin and eventually won it pretty easily. however, winnin has it's price and today's was the health of Derrick Rose, who scored 23pts, 9rbs and 9asts. he led both clubs in points and almost had a triple-double but had to be helped off the court after cuttin in the inside before landin awkwardly on his left knee. now, an mri determined that he tore his acl...yes, his acl...and is out for the rest of the season...

guess the Sixers think they have a chance now...and so does the rest of the league, and that may be. but i know coach Tom Thibedeau is not gonna let this slip by. we ARE goin to finish this series in 4. we ARE goin to get to the Eastern Finals. we WILL take our revenge on the Miami Heat and we WILL be fuckin champions!  they also just drafted ANOTHER DE out of Marshall - Vinny Curry

garbage! spose to be their 3-shooter but sucks. only there to throw elbows. waste of space on the court that doesn't contribute besides bein dirty

it actually should be 4 and 5 for his forehead...cuz that is monstrous. now, i haven't seen much dirty playin from him but i just don't like him. he's not a threat down low. good rebounder...but i just don't like him

as i'm watchin the Los Angeles Clippers vs the New Orleans Hornets, i'm overhearin these color commentators goin over the game from the sideline and never in my life have i been able to notice how biased and one sided the commentators are. i know you gotta root for your home team but damn, they make the most unfair judgement, praisin their own players and cheerin like drunk fans instead of professionals. so i had to looked up who they were...and lookin @ em - not surprised

that's old ass bag of skin Ralph Lawler on the left and douchebaggy Mike Smith on the right. i'm not even a Hornets fan but i guess i can't blame them...the Clippers has been in the shadow of their other LA superior team and never had a slim chance of goin anywhere. now, thanks to their new point guard - they can actually cheer for somethin and  have a reason to come to work

Bones vs Suga - long overdue

was able to caught the UFC 145 fight between champion Jon "Bones" Jones vs "Suga" Rashad Evans and it sure delivered. it went the distance and noone got knocked out or submiss...ioned...? eek...but it was entertainin nevertheless

tell you what - there's a reason why Jones is the champion. if it wasn't for the ridiculous dq he had from Matt Hamil, he would be undefeated. either way with the way he's goin through former champs, i can't see him bein stop anytime soon. he threw some vicious elbows @ Evans follow with some straight punches...even though Evans caught him @ the end of the 1st quarter. however, Jones dominated all 5 rounds and retained his belt

as i type, the Los Angeles Lakers are hostin the Oklahoma City Thunder in overtime as the game is tied now @ 97 each. LA just took a timeout after Russell Westbrook drove layup to tie it again. before that, 1 of the league's best top 10 players ever, Kobe Bryant hit a 3 that led LA to get to the tie. back to the game - and what a game it is!

with the Chicago Bulls comin off a huge win against the Miami Heat few days ago with Derrick Rose scorin only 2pts, they headed to Michigan to face the Detroit Pistons. after the lead switched back and forth for most of the game, the Pistons managed to pulled away with 86-83 with a little bit over 7 seconds left after Rodney Stuckey split his freethrows. Rose controlled the ball and came off a screen and hit a critical 3-pointer that took the game into there 2nd consecutive overtime game!
