all good things come to an end

and it came yesterday when former Philadelphia Eagles legendary free safety Brian Dawkins announced his retirement from the NFL

regardless of what team he went to - he will ALWAYS be an Eagle...will be remembered as an Eagle...and on Sept. 30 at a home game, he will retired as an Eagle! Dawkins will forever be missed and forever be shrine into the Eagles HOF and 5yrs later, the NFL HOF. from his skills on the field, knack to find the ball - forced fumbles ability - it was his passion, his intensity, his leadership that really puts him on top of the rest of FS out there. i was fortunate enough to be able to meet him before he left for another team and will always cherish that moment
