Eagles: Class of 2011

wow - not havin the internet for day or two and you missed the planets alignin, dogs meowin, and robots takin forms of vehicles on Earth...eh, shit happens

so with the 2010 NFL Draft done...the Eagles mix-n-deal and ended up with a total of 13 picks...and 13 of them i never knew :(...doesn't matter, they all are positions we need fillin and the players seems to be sized up pretty good...here's how it went:

Safety - WOO-HOO!!!

FINALLY! a fuckin Free-motherfuckin-Safety...my man, Nate Allen!! well to be honest i never heard of him either...:( BUT hey, any help with the secondary is appreciated. sure, not many "top prospect" turn out to be NFL material and many late rounder, like 5th rounder Trent Cole, turns out to be a Pro Bowler...but we'll see how Nate does...i just hope we get some one solid, reliable and willin to improve. WHO'S NEXT?! can't wait!! i have no idea who's left but boy it's excitin not knowin anythin! :D

ps...yes, another late post!! and surprisinly (to me) Allen was looked @ as top 10 safeties...he's no Earl Thomas but hey, he was lookin to go around 2nd-3rd round

wait a minute...what happen?

so i was takin a shit and browsin online, my 2 favorite activities in unison, when i came across my favorite Philadelphia Eagles site and saw that..*inhale*...our beloved Birds traded their 55th pick in the 2nd round to the dreaded, hated Dallas Cowboys for their 59th and a 5th round pick, then they traded that 59th 2nd rounder to the Cleveland Browns for their 71st pick in the 3rd round and 2 picks in the 5th round, and they then again traded with that 59th 2nd rounder to the Green Bay Packers for their 86th and another 4th round pick.

GOT ALL THAT?! i sure didn't!

UPDATE: the Eagles picked up ANOTHER Defensive End: Daniel Te'o-Nesheim

why?! again, what's the point of gettin Tapp? yes, Graham was one of the top DE choice and good insurance for Tapp but another one? what's that sayin about Victor Abiamiri or Juqua Parker? and here i am thinkin we need to fill in the Paul Bunyan's shoes of Sheldon Brown and Brian Dawkins..lol silly me

the NFL 2010 Draft had begun, and just when you thought the Eagles would sit there and wait for the 24th pick...they gave 2 picks in the 3rd round to Denver for their 13th pick. 1st thought: GREAT! now we can get S Earl Thomas...and what did the Eagles do? they went 180 on me....:(
