the NFL 2010 Draft had begun, and just when you thought the Eagles would sit there and wait for the 24th pick...they gave 2 picks in the 3rd round to Denver for their 13th pick. 1st thought: GREAT! now we can get S Earl Thomas...and what did the Eagles do? they went 180 on me....:(

the Eagles announced yesterday or day before that they picked up LB Ernie Sims from Detroit Lions in a three-way trade with them and the Denver Broncos...i've heard of Sims name been shopped around, never heard anythin good from him - matter of fact, never heard of ANYTHIN good from the Lions except for Matthew Stafford...and to be honest, his (Sims) # doesn't impress me...yet, Reid says Sims' an "impact" player and will fit good with the defense
