Wii Madden 11 CHEATS!!

i fuckin played this in All Madden and NEVER can catch a break. in Madden 10 All Madden, i can go undefeated and win the Super Bowl. 18-fuckin-0 with the Philadelphia Eagles. now with the Madden 11, QB Michael Vick's attributes all low, lower than Kevin Kolb's...and i swear they fuckin cheat!

can't get pass the 1st game against the Green Bay Packers. everytime i do well, they somehow manage to come back...always manage to break a tackle, spin, juke...ALWAYS manage to forced fumble or intercept @ the most ridiculous spot...and when i get a stop on 3rd down, i get called for some fuckin bullshit facemask or penalty...and they ALWAYS, ALWAYS play well when i'm playin well

somethin ALWAYS happen in their favor...cuz i know damn well RB Ryan Grant is NOT that good to be breakin through my d-line...fuckin cheatin faggots!! fuck you EASports!!

catchin up on the Birds

and it's all about the playoffs
so after the Miracle Of The New Meadowlands against the New York Giants, i knew the Philadelphia Eagles would recover from it against the Minnesota Vikings. so goin in against the Dallas Cowboys for the last game, it was a given they would rest the starters and Kevin Kolb would play against the Boys with our 2nd and 3rd string against the Boys' 1st string. the nerves of the 5-10 (then) Cowboys tauntin after winnin by one point...with their starters against our backups...fuckin losers. but at the end of the day, they go home and prepare their stadium to host the Super Bowl teams, and we host the Green Bay Packers for the 1st round of the NFL Playoffs!

another escape by the Eagles!

how you manage to let 14 unanswered points happened? the defense was pretty decent for the most part, reducin RB Frank Gore to not much but did allowed a TD pass to him and same with TE Vernon Davis who also ended up with a TD himself...for the most part...no definitive answer as to how good the Philadelphia Eagles are
from the start, the San Francisco 49ers came out swingin and scored 1st with a TD pass from QB Alex Smith to WR Michael Crabtree. luckily for us, we bounced back and Kevin Kolb made a play outside the box to TE Brent Celek, who messed up on a block that flushed Kolb out. besides that 30+ pass or the TD pass, Kolb really needs to stop doin that Romo-Witten relationship where he throws it to him all the time even when he's not open. he's no Dallas Clark or Antonio Gates or Davis! the other 2 TD came from a fumble recovery from Smith, who was chased down by rookie DE Brandon Graham, by S Quintin Mikell and a rushin attempt by LeSean McCoy. McCoy ran for almost 100 yards in a flak jacket for his fractured rib. somehow he managed and handled the ball very well...except for a mistaken play where he slid in the 4th quarter thinkin he had the 1st down and run down the clock...but didn't.

now...DEFENSE on the other hand had their ups and downs. the down: besides Sean McDermott runnin the same play, LB Stewart Bradley got burned a couple of times when tryin to cover Vernon Davis...CB Hoselio Hanson and Dimitri Patterson fillin in for the concussioned Asante Samuel didn't work too well because...Hanson SUCKS! Patterson was ok...becasuse the ups: the had an INT which was helpful, and so did rookie CB Trevard Lindley @ the end of the play as Smith got hit by Trevor Laws. LB Akeem Jordan was replaced by Moise Fokou for the startin job and did great, with a positive 1 arm tackle, bein physical and a forced fumble on Gore. Mikell, of course, with his TD and S Nate Allen ALMOST came up with a sack but overran Smith but had a solid game...

as for some injuries; McCoy seems to be doin ok...QB Michael Vick seems like he could be out for 1 more week but he could make a recovery enough to play against next week for the 4-1 Atlanta Falcons, his previous team. DeSean Jackson seemed like he banged up his knee durin a punt return but later came back in the game; can't say the same for LT Jason Peters who went out with some knee problem and was replaced by the thought-to-be-impressive-turned-out-unimpressive King Dunlap...how Dunlap played made me realized we kinda need Peters :(...and a severe cause for concern is the injury to DT Brodrick Bunkley who looked like he could've hyperextended his left arm...but hopefully he's good to go next week

and some note: newly activated WR Chad Hall caught a very crucial 3rd down conversion pass...Kolb was sacked 4 times and fumbled once, so did McCoy...WR Jeremy Maclin had a solid game too with 95 yards...um...oh yeah, special team SUCKS!! do your job Bobby April! also Todd Heremens fucked up on a TD run by McCoy with a holdin call but did managed to scooped up a McCoy's fumble pretty damn quick...besides that, stupid New York Giants beat the slumpin Houston Texans, the Washington Redskins came back and win with a field goal against the Green Bay Packers and the "Super Bowl bound" Dallas Cowboys is 1-3 thanks the the Tennessee Titans...so good day in the NFC East :D

typical Eagles-style game

instead of my recaps and rants, here is a gest of what happened durin the loss to the Washington Redskins by the Philadelphia Eagles 17-12...woo-hoo!

-it was the return of the franchise leader, QB Donovan McNabb. people were curious as to how the fans would treat McNabb after booin him in 1999 when the Eagles drafted and suprisinly yet not surprisinly enough, McNabb received a positive reaction and a standin ovation...i mean, 6 Pro-Bowls, 4 NFC East division championships, 5 NFC championship game, 1 Super Bowl appearance...yeah.
-Mike Shanahan pounded the football up and down the field right off the bat...the combination of Clinton Portis and the new mack truck (sidebar: Brandon Jacobs of the New York Giants bein the other) Ryan Torain totalled 125yds. and Torain managed to ran over S Quintin Mikell like he was roadkill...sad
-um, LB Stewart Bradley blown a TE coverage that allowed Chris Cooley to scored a TD...nice
-CB Asante Samuel left with a "mild" concussion after tryna tackle Torain and ended up gettin knee'd to the helmet...and WR Riley Cooper was out as well due to what i believed happened durin a special team collision...
-RB LeSean McCoy carried the team pretty well but ended up fumblin a ball and ended up somehow with a fracture rib for the night...
-Jason Peters...*sigh*...although he got called for 2 holdin penalties, i thought 1 was refutable...Todd Herremens got called for 1 too...and CB Ellis Hobbs for an illegal contact, whatever!
-the biggest penalty was prolly from Max Jean-Gilles, who's fillin in for RG Nick Cole...it was a holdin penalty that came durin...*DRUMROLL*...
-QB Michael Vick 23 yards scrambled to the 1 yard line only to get sandwiched by DeAngelo Hall and Kareem Moore, WHICH resulted in injuries (later found out to be a rib cartilage injury, no fractured or broken ribs), WHICH resulted in...again, *DRUMROLL*...
-the resurrection of the Kevin Kolb era! Kolb came in and did exactly what i expected, he played like the backup that he is. hey! 3rd and long...how bout we throw it, i don't know...LONG?! but na...those short passes will magically turned into 15+yards...and even though he was 25/35, 201yds..it's those dumb play callin by none other than good ol' predictable...
-Marty Mornhinweg...callin the same ol' plays with the same ol' result...and who else does the same ol' thing? yea...defensive coordinator Sean McDermott. hey! Shanahan likes to run the ball...how bout we go to single coverage and plug up the hole? na...our players looked pathetic...AND SMD had the nerve to say "we need to get back to Eagles-style football"...like MOTHERFUCKER you spose to had it @ that style since the preseason! it doesn't take 2 loses to realize that! Jim Johnson realized that from day 1! ...a little tidbits...Mikell and Bradley could've had an interception but blew it...go figure!
-this game wouldn't have been possible without the Skins' 12th man, the fuckin moronic referees...fuckin idiots hardly called any pass interference, holdin or late hit FOR the Birds...and they're too fuckin oblivious or just plain dishonest...prolly both since they wanna moved the ball @ the goal line and causin a delayed of game for us...FUCKERS!
.
.
.
*sigh*
on a positive note...rookie S Nate Allen notched ANOTHER interception and replacement FB Owen Schmitt had 1 hell of a game...great blocker and hands...awesome

note: the last hail mary throw to the endzone could've been one of the greatest catch ever...and even better by Jason Avant...he was up, had a clear path, no one touched him...had 2 hands on the ball...and all he had to do was bring it down.......but he dropped it...into the arms of a DB for an INT...nice!

who knows what's goin on with this team, offensively and defensively. i thought our D was legit, but then it was against an inferior team...that ended up beatin a Super Bowl team...but yesterday they looked average and young...no words to describe it and no words to defend it. GET.BETTER.NOW!

ps
congrats McNabb...

The Kolb Era: 9/12 - 9/12

yesterday, it was all over the Philly news station and NFL sites...BREAKING NEWS!

after 24 hours of statin that Kevin Kolb will be the starter for next week game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, coach Andy Reid appointed the job to Michael Vick.

hip-hip horray!!

i mean c'mon! it's obvious that this is the right decision...Kolb is not cut out to start, not yet...or at least not in Philly...the time is, and always will be, NOW with Eagles fans...and if Vick is our best option, then so be it. 5 for 10 and a concussion is not gonna help the cause...so for now, it begins the Vick Era!

it's clearly not the 1960's anymore

as i tried to forget what could've happened - i can't shake the fact that it did happened. goin as far as to say my worst nightmares came true is kinda a stretched when it's really my anxieties and doubts about this young Philadelphia Eagles team that reared it's ugly head durin the 27-20 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon. it's that feelin as i watch our "savior" QB Kevin Kolb gettin flushed out the pocket and runnin for his life all 1st half of the quarter and until finally...it hits him. and when i say it, i mean the LB Clay Matthews. it's an eerie similarity feelin that reminds me of how Donovan McNabb used to scrambled for his life to get away from the Dallas Cowboys' DE DeMarcus Ware or NT Jay Ratliff. but when they get hit...they get hit. but the difference is: McNabb tough it out; Kolb doesn't.

Garcia and the Eagles pt. 3?

now that Donnovan McNabb is off the a division rival, the Washington Redskins (thanks Reid and Co.!! [/sarcasm])...rumors of Jeff Garcia, 2006 Philadelphia Eagles QB,  bein interested in returnin to the Eagles. last season Garcia had to be let go to make room for Michale Vick - then he went to sign with the Oakland Raiders but later asked to be released (can you blame him?)

personally, i like Garcia...i think he's a great quarterback, startin or backup...he's been tested, been through all of it before...unlike Kevin Kolb, the "future" of the Eagles...only downside is...he's 40yrs old! as much as he's good, he's no Brett Farve...plus, according to Scott Tunstall from InsideTheIggles, Garcia wants to be a starter...

i do think he's a tad old...as a backup is more preferable to me...specially when you let McNabb, who's in his early 30 go and pick up a 40yr old backup...either trade Vick, bring Garcia on board and draft a younger QB...or...not
