don't blame the Jets...

...if you got cut and didn't make roster. as the Philadelphia Eagles lost to the New York Jets in a typical Philadelphia fashioned; which is havin a strong lead then blowin it by not bein able to score, at ALL! if it wasn't for rookie S Kurt Coleman returnin 2 fumbles for a touchdown, we woulda lost 21-3...even David Akers missed a 49 yarders!! HOW?! "supposedly" he's been knockin them through @ 60yards durin practice...eh, whatever

as the Eagles' site and every other Eagles Nation website narrows their 53-man roster down to who's in and out - so shall I!!

ps: the Eagles already cut 10 players already: CB Geoff Pope, DE Pannell Egboh, DT Boo Robinson, OT Jeraill Mcculler, S Anthony Scirrotto, and RB J.J. Arrington and Martell Mallett

they also picked up veteran G Reggie Wells from, again, the Arizona Cardinals for a 2011 draft pick

Quarterback (3): Kevin Kolb, Michael Vick, Mike Kafka - obvious 3...

Runningback (4): LeSeaon McCoy, Mike Bell, Eldra Buckley, Leonard Weaver - i woulda added Martell Mallett but eh, whatever

Wide Receiver (6): DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Jason Avant, Riley Cooper, Hank Baskett, Kelley Washington - as much as i like Chad Hall, i don't think Andy Reid will keep such a small body wideout but maybe he'll have 7 and use Chad for kick or punt returns - Jordan Norwood might end up on practice squad, again

Tight End (2): Brent Celek, Clay Harbor - just because Cornelius Ingram is injury proned

Center (2): Jamaal Jackson, Mike McGlynn - i have no say in this cuz i don't pay much attention to them but Jackson is legit and McGlynn is solid - A.Q. Shipley might be on practice squad

Guard (5): Todd Herremans, Stacy Andrews, Max Jean-Gilles, Nick Cole, Reggie Wells - don't like Andrews much but i think the coaches do, Herremans is good if he's healthy - Cole is eh, imo - same with MJG - no Fenuki Tupou or Dallas Reynolds

Tackle (4): Jason Peters, Winston Justice, Austin Howard, King Dunlap - i like all of them, even Peters if he stop fuckin penalizin the team!!

Defensive Tackle (4): Mike Patterson, Brodrick Bunkley, Jeff Owens, Trevor Laws - i think Antonio Dixon is pretty good - they might keep 5 cuz Andy likes linemen...no homo...

Defensive End (5): Trent Cole, Brandon Graham, Juqua Parker, Daniel Te'o-Nesheim, Darryl Tapp - with Ricky Sapp on IR, 5 is enough because it'll even out when he comes back - i don't see Eric Moncur makin it

Cornerback (5): Asante Samuel, Ellis Hobbs, Trevard Lindley, Dimitri Patterson, Hoselio Hanson - as much as i don't like Hanson, i keep hearin the coaches like him in the Nickel so he'll prolly stay...they might even keep 6 and have Jorrick Calvin doin returns too

Free/Strong Safety (4): Quintin Mikell, Nate Allen, Kurt Coleman, Victor Harris - i refuse to call him Macho...just because you hit people instead of makin important plays don't make you macho...learn to tackle and stop bitin fakes

Linebacker (6): Stewart Bradley, Ernie Sims, Akeem Jordan, Moise Fokou, Keenan Clayton, Omar Gaither - i'm unsure abouth Tracy White, he's alil undependable...and Jamar Chaney might make it on the practice squad instead

Specialist (3): David Akers, Sav Rocca, Jon Dorenbos - another obvious 3

wow that actually came out to 53 - AWESOME! my guess is good as yours as to make the PS but g'luck to those who make it and g'luck to those who didn't and hope they find a new team and continue their dreams. i appreciate their time in midnight green and playin for us

  1. lol ooh u wanna b nfl/comcast sportsnet analyst... ur breakdown was actually quite interesting to read and im questioning whether or not u got help from an outside source ;)
comments overall: who the hell is Victor?!?!
but, i agree to the fullest. these young players get so many chances in the beginning, i hope him and hoselia kno that the 3rd year is not the charm... and i dont care what anyone says, any amount of talent does not make up for the fact that you are a complete idiot- Jason Peters. You should not b a starter in this league continuously making the same mistakes that have such dire effects on whether or not our team wins. Losing a 1st down or even worst, gaining a 4th b/c of your lack of attention to detail has cost us many times, and i am damn tired of it u damn fool!
i think that they are ignoring the importance of david akers role. With our infamous red zone failures and need to kick-for-the-3 in order to gain points, why not recruit a reliable backup for Mr. Akers? Might as well start training him now rather than going with the rush and desparation that happens when a player gets injured or "too old" to perform up to Eagles standards. (Let's not forget the horrible occurance of Jamaal Jackson getting injured.)
Anyways, I'm done, no more outshining the blogger. :D
