so i forgot what store i was in today but this song came over the intercom. it was very familiar but i couldn't quite put my finger on it. the lyrics went like, "she's like the wind." pretty much that stood out alot. wasn't sure but then it hit me: Lumidee
she had a song with Tony Sunshine call She's Like The Wind. so looked it up and turned out it was originally a Patrick Swayze song with the same title. of course Swayze's version, was a bit slower. less, urban. still good though
anyway. the point i'm trying to make is in the lyrics, he mentioned how she's out of his league. now i can relate to that quite a bit because i feel like that for the most part. as i write this post, this was on Friday. today's Sunday. yesterday i went out with my buddy and his girlfriend and her friends. went to this bar called Egan And Sons (now this part wasn't intended for the original post but oh well) and saw this gorgeous brunette, tan wedge, painted on jeans, floral corset, straight hair, and face was a bit overdone with makeup...but you could definitely see the beauty. fine ass body, too. to continue before i get more off track, people always say, "go talk to them. you'll never know. blah blah blah". like look buddy, i know. you can tell. only thing that'll come out of it is a swift turn around and another notch lower on the self-esteem level. that's something i can live without. did i miss a chance? prolly...if there was one
now i'm not saying to never do something like that. it's just you need the right situation and series of events to take place to talk to someone like that. usually a mutual friend would help break the ice and give you a reason to approach them. but until then, just gaze from afar my friend. gaze from afar...
