...so how the fuck can someone hit a fuckin slow ass goose crossin the street and left it half dead?! i came off a main street onto a mall blvd and saw a dead goose layin on the street. as i drove up to the light, i saw it's neck movin towards the curb...and on the opposite side of the curb were a couple geese quackin @ it...it turned out that some motherfucker was in such a fuckin rush to go the fuckin mall speed down the street and clipped the fuckin goose. they didn't have the decency to fuckin stop because they goose was still layin there. i had no idea how long it was left tortured in the sun but as i drove past it, i couldn't bear the thought of it dyin there. so i turned around, park on a side st and grabbed 2 pieces of hard cardboard. i attempted to push it up the median and then on the side where the other geese are. i successfully got it on to the median but the grass was more difficult than the asphalt. the injured goose was fightin to get away on the grass...but failed so due to the broken, what i can assumed, legs....i got it to the other side of the road on to oncomin traffic manueverin around me....just as the goose gave it last attempt to escaped, it went limp...no more resistin, no more wings flappin...just, lifeless black eyes and a beak full of blood. i tried to rocked the body back and forth with the cardboards to wake it up...but got no respond...it then hit me. the goose died just as we approached the curb to the other side. i did my best to lift it up with the cardboards onto the grass where it can lay away from speedin cars...where it can lay comfortably, even lifeless
i know that it's just a goose and there will never be anythin to surely indicate any type of communication between geese and humans, but i just hope that somewhere it connected that it saw i was tryna help it as much as i can...i know in nature it's survival of the fittest but within the animal kingdom, tons of movin scrap metals at 100+hp isn't a factor. humans and animals have to coincide with each other, ESPCIALLY when the animals were the original residents and we've industralized into their habitats
