R.I.P. Guru

after his recent heart attack...Guru came out of the coma but eventually succumbed to his long battle with cancer on April 19th. Guru, real name Keith Elam, was one half of the legendary group GangStarr with DJ Premier. in my opinion, GangStarr was just as important, if not AS important to Hip-Hop as Eric B. & Rakim. though their techniques are different, their styles were still ahead of the time. with well written lyrics, flow, melody, and storytellin rhymes...they were settin the trend to how great artists rap today.
