awesomeness: me makin spaghetti

so i like to boast about my cookin skills...but really i can only make rice, eggs, mean ass steaks and good ass spaghetti :) i decided to make a healthier 1 with pulled chicken and turkey sausage cuz she stopped eatin pork...and here's what i use

nothin like a woman who is determined and motivated. this here shows that (sorry for the poor quality @ night :()

9pm and finishin up her 3.5 miles run around the park and doin 1.5 around the track for her 5 miles run. what a trooper. i almost fainted after the 3.5 but she kept goin like it's a walk in the park...amazin though, gotta love it :)
